I help businesses grow by putting customers first. For the past 18 years, I've worked in the B2B SaaS world, learning how to build & scale great products and keep customers happy. Currently I serve as the Vice President of Revenue Operations and board member at SurveySparrow, where I work with amazing teams to ensure our customers get real value from our products. My job involves helping different departments - from sales to marketing to customer success - work together seamlessly. One of the most exciting projects we're working on is called SparrowGenie. It started when we noticed how much time our team spent answering lengthy questionnaires from potential customers. We created a tool to solve this problem for ourselves, and now we're transforming it into a product that can help other companies too! Before SurveySparrow, I helped build customer success teams at Freshworks and MangoApps. Throughout my career, I've learned that the best business solutions often come from solving real problems that your own team faces. I'm passionate about sharing what I've learned in the journey.
