Sam Collier is the Chief Revenue Officer at First National Realty Partners (FNRP), where he oversees leasing operations and revenue-focused initiatives across the firm’s national portfolio. In this role, he works cross-functionally to drive leasing performance, optimize tenant mix, and strengthen retailer relationships that support FNRP’s long-term investment strategy. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling the firm’s leasing platform, streamlining deal execution, and expanding its national reach — efforts that have contributed to sustained portfolio growth and operational excellence. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Sam has built his career on strategic leasing, asset management, and value creation. Prior to joining FNRP, he held senior leadership roles overseeing large-scale portfolios that included regional malls, open-air centers, and mixed-use properties. His expertise includes managing teams, structuring complex transactions, and delivering redevelopment strategies that maximize asset performance and value. Sam holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance & Economics and Accounting from Lipscomb University and is a licensed CPA. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). At Forbes Councils, he brings a proven track record in necessity-based retail and investment strategy, with a commitment to sharing insights that support both industry peers and the broader business community.
