Crystal McCullough is a trailblazer and a role model for young professionals. She has years of experience in the law, compliance and regulations and as a business executive. She has razor sharp mind when it comes to analyzing contracts and making the best decision for the company overall. Crystal is particularly skilled in business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy regulations, and international contracts. She has been able to dramatically increase company revenue by focusing contribution to short-term financial performance and promoting company behaviors that lead to sustained top- and bottom-line growth. By focusing on optimizing fiscal health and transforming business decision-making through data insights and automated reporting, Crystal has achieved great success in her current role at The Spearhead Group. With a proven track record of raising profitability, uncovering high impact issues, and rolling out new technologies she has been able to save millions with her process to cut vendor costs, enable accurate forecasting, and anticipate claims likely to result in litigation, leading to faster settlements, lower reserves, and reduced costs. An internationally savvy traveler and businesswoman, Crystal has spent extensive time working overseas on real estate and merger and acquisition contracts between different countries such as Italy and France. She has experience in international law, treaties and current regulations and provisions. In addition, Crystal also co-owns a technology consulting firm, Afework McCullough Business Immigration & Sports that specializes in modernizing the employment based-immigration process for people in need of visa services. Community service is very important to Crystal as she has volunteered her time in the past to Legal Aid and world changers day, a day dedicated to helping the community with local legal issues. Crystal also volunteered her time to Fulton court house as apart of this duty to manage the public that needs help understanding the legal process they are seeking. Crystal also enjoys giving back at the food bank, in the past she held a board role that required her to manage volunteers that would meet regularly at the food bank to give back to the city. Finally, as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Inc., Crystal dedicates a scholarship every year so that a high school student who would not have an opportunity, now has a chance to attend college with this scholarship and it focuses on students who are interested in STEM or Law programs. Crystal received a J.D. from John Marshall and a B.A. in Corporate Communications & Public Affairs with a minor in Spanish Languages and Literatures from Southern Methodist University; she was also accepted to participate in an in depth study on International law treaties and contracts with Vanderbilt University. As a personal philosophy for management, Crystal believes it is very important to build trust, have integrity and demonstrate competence with team members. Engaging stakeholders to set ambitious goals is just as important as managing the teams with empathy and accountability. Crystal believes it is vital to position each team member to become successful and create a positive and encouraging environment in the organization. These actions will lead to performing at a higher level with an engaged and inspired team. When not working with clients, Crystal is usually planning her next international adventure. ___
