A Chief Operating Officer who gets it. Craig has ownership experience in franchising, having been a Papa John’s franchisee from 1985 until 1997 and a Penn Station franchisee with 18 locations in multiple states from 1998 until 2014. Craig joined Penn Station in 1999 as president before taking on the role of COO. “In his new role as chief operating officer, Dunaway focuses on steering the Penn Station brand to 600+ locations in the next five to seven years.” In addition, Dunaway is as CPA, having been a partner at a regional firm in Louisville, Kentucky where he oversaw accounting and auditing functions of the firm’s larger clients. He graduated with a BS in Accounting from IU Southeast in New Albany, IN, where he was a three year starter on the men’s basketball team and was captain his senior year.
