Lauren Reilly is a results-driven leader with a proven track record of growing and scaling nonprofit and social impact organizations. Today, she is the Executive Director of Gratitude Network, a non-profit accelerator that scales the impact of social entrepreneurs worldwide. Prior to GN, Lauren was the first employee and inaugural Executive Director of SuitUp, a career readiness organization. Under her leadership, SuitUp grew 26x over five years, serving more than 21,000 students and raising over $3 million. She has also served as the founding Chief Program Officer and Board Member at PRACTICE, a nonprofit focused on increasing academic outcomes in MS/HS education. Lauren began her career as a Teach for America corps member and a middle and high school teacher in the Bronx and Harlem. Her leadership and contributions to the fields of education and non-profit management have earned her numerous accolades, including the SOCAP Fellowship, Miller Center Fellowship, Student Success Network Fellowship, NYU Senior Leaders Fellowship, and graduation from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. She was also recognized as a finalist in the NYC Imagine Awards in both the Rising Star and Excellence in Leadership categories. A White House Champion for Change honoree, Lauren was recognized by the Obama administration for her pioneering work in summer learning. Her thought leadership has been featured in Chronicle of Philanthropy, K12 Drive, Manhattan Lifestyle, and News 12. She holds a Master’s degree in Education from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Vassar College. In her spare time, she is an adjunct professor at Davenport University in their Urban School of Education, plays soccer, and keeps up with her three energetic kids.
