Ricardo Tavares leads Dell’s Global Industries’ FSI program, focusing on vertical solutions for Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets. Previously, he headed the Global Industries team in EMEA, advancing growth across Healthcare, Retail, Energy, and Safety & Security sectors. Prior to joining Dell, Ricardo held leadership roles at HP Enterprise, including strategic sales in Asia-Pacific and vertical industry management in EMEA, as well as contributing to major mergers like EDS's acquisition. With a career spanning across software start-ups to global technology giants, Ricardo’s expertise is shaped by living and working across four continents. Based in Lisbon, he enjoys sailing as a certified skipper and spending time with his family.
