I’ve spent my career building businesses from the ground up. I started as a stone mason, working my way from laborer to owner, and I’ve carried that grit and hands-on experience through every stage of my entrepreneurial journey. In 2012, I founded Quantum 9, Inc., which has grown into one of the world’s largest cannabis consulting firms. With more than 66 consultants, we’ve worked across 33 states and six countries, specializing in compliance, public policy, permit acquisition, training, and operational support. Along the way, I’ve contributed to Forbes, been quoted in over 150 publications, and appeared on major outlets including NBC, ABC, Fox, CBS, WGN, and BNN. My work has taken me from drafting SOPs for Colorado’s Marijuana Enforcement Division to helping shape Kentucky’s pediatric cannabis bill, advising the German Ministry of Health, and testifying on the Mississippi Senate floor. I’ve led winning cannabis license applications in Florida, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Illinois, Alabama, and New Jersey, proving that precision, strategy, and execution matter in highly competitive, merit-based processes. Financially, I scaled Quantum 9 into a multi-million-dollar firm with net margins consistently above 50 percent, demonstrating disciplined operations and sustainable growth. Now, I’m applying those same principles of compliance, operations, and execution to a new venture: Homestead. Our mission is to modernize the residential services industry through a mix of acquisition, technology integration, and operational excellence. Just as I helped cannabis entrepreneurs protect, scale, and exit their businesses, I’m now focused on partnering with tradespeople to preserve their legacies while driving long-term growth. I come from a working-class family. My mom is a nurse, and my dad is a builder turned truck driver. I’ve never been afraid to do the hard, unglamorous jobs, and that perspective keeps me grounded. Whether in cannabis or construction, I’ve proven that building trust, leading teams, and executing with precision are what create lasting value. Today, I lead two companies, two industries, and one philosophy: combine craftsmanship with strategy, and success will follow.
