Under Chris’s leadership, OCI has scaled into a multi-billion-dollar powerhouse, now strengthened by a Global GPU Sales team and dedicated OCI Engineering arm—aligning sales and engineering to help customers maximize their cloud investments and accelerate business outcomes. Beyond the numbers, Chris is passionate about building an unstoppable team—cultivating a high-performance culture that attracts top talent and develops future leaders. Since joining Oracle in 2015, he has led multiple teams to record-breaking success, championing a “One Oracle” mindset that seamlessly connects diverse business units to drive customer impact. With two decades of experience in executive sales and enterprise software—including leadership roles at CA Technologies—Chris is recognized for his expertise in sales strategy, finance, and operations. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
