I’m a PE-backed operator and board advisor who has built, scaled, and sold companies—and helped more than 300 franchise and consumer brands navigate the patterns, blind spots, and growth constraints that rarely show up in the financial model. I founded 919 Marketing from a bonus room and grew it into a $28MM national digital marketing agency serving multi-location and franchise brands. After selling the company to private equity—where it now operates as Tidehouse Agency—I transitioned to Board Chairman and helped lead three marketing agency acquisitions, integrating each firm into a cohesive national platform.
