As a certified coach and founder of HR4U, I partner with executives and teams to strengthen leadership, improve decision-making, and create workplaces where people and business goals work together. My experience comes from more than twenty years of consulting across Europe and the United States. In 2014, I launched HR4U and grew it to serve clients on two continents. My work spans talent acquisition, workforce transformation, interim leadership, and guiding companies into new markets. I also host an official yearly SXSW in Austin, event that connects Central European governments with the United States, bringing top talent, advanced technology, and innovative businesses into the American market to fuel growth, innovation, and job creation. In 2025, I published Born to Be Successful: Navigation to STEM, which became an Amazon Kindle bestseller in three categories. The book reflects my belief in developing the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers, a vision that drives my coaching work and my commitment to shaping leaders who will define the future.
