Scott Hutcheson, PhD explores leadership, team, and organizational performance from a biology of behavior perspective. He is a professor of engineering and technology leadership at Purdue University and co-founder of Hutcheson Associates. Scott has worked with over 4,000 leaders from 147 countries helping them tackle the complex challenges facing their organizations, their communities, and our planet. He’s worked with three different White House administrations on issues related to science and technology policy and national competitiveness. His book Strategic Doing: Ten Skills for Agile Leadership (Wiley) has been widely recognized for its practical approach to modern leadership. His next book for Wiley, Biohacking Leadership: Leveraging the Biology of Behavior to Maximize Your Impact will be published in mid 2025.
