Sylvana Quader Sinha is a globally recognized entrepreneur, investor, and operational leader with a track record of building and scaling businesses in complex markets. She has raised and managed global capital, forged public–private partnerships in healthcare delivery, and built high-performing cross-functional teams through crises and market transitions. She previously worked with BCG, PwC, Weil Gotshal, Lovells, the UN, the World Bank, and served as a foreign policy advisor to Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign.Sylvana is currently Founder and Chair of Praava Health, which she led as CEO for nearly 11 years into one of the fastest-growing fully integrated healthcare platforms in emerging markets. She led Praava into Bangladesh’s leading integrated digital-physical healthcare platform serving ~1M patients. Under her leadership, Praava achieved 70%+ gross margins, a 92 NPS, LTV/CAC of 7, and EBITDA profitability in four years. Its model has been recognized by the World Economic Forum and Fast Company and studied by Harvard and Columbia Business Schools and the Gates Foundation.She serves on the boards of PATH.org and the WEF UHC2030 Private Sector Constituency, and mentors entrepreneurs at Harvard and Columbia. Her work has been recognized as a WEF Technology Pioneer, a Fast Company World Changing Idea, and a WEF Global Innovator. She is life member at the Council on Foreign Affairs and a graduate of Columbia Law School, Harvard’s Kennedy School, and Wellesley College.
