I strongly believe that when one finds their passion, self-mastery isn't a choice, it is an obligation. I currently work in human resources and love it. I take delight in my profession because I help people love theirs. Considering how the average person spends one-third of the day at work, if they don’t like their job, their happiness is compromised. I am passionate about the notion that one’s occupation should greatly enhance his or her quality of life. If we work together we can rise above mediocrity and show our colleagues, customers, and the world our best work.
