Suraj K. Gupta (Columbia MBA ’17) is the Co-Founder, President and CEO of Rogue Insight Capital, the CIO for the Easton’s Group of Hotels & the Gupta Group, and the CSO and Co-Chair for the Gupta Family Foundation. Rogue Insight Capital is a venture capital and private equity firm whose primary mandates include investing in female, immigrant, and visible minority founders, as well as companies that are making a social impact in their community. Under Suraj’s leadership, Rogue has made investments across six continents with a portfolio that includes Robinhood, Drop Technologies, Overtime, and Andela, several exits, and realized IRRs of over 10,000% on their investments. Suraj has been an advocate for diversity and social impact around the world. He is a member of the Rockefeller NextGen Advisory Council, a Special Delegate to the United Nations, and a Diversity Council Member of the Women’s Executive Network. He has also been a keynote speaker at the Ontario Economic Summit, the Rockefeller NextGen Forum, the OnRamp Social Impact Conference, and at the York University Alumni Speaker Series.
