As president and chief operating officer of PCL’s US Operations, Deron is responsible for all of PCL’s US commercial buildings, and water and transportation infrastructure groups. In addition, he oversees all US departments and PCL’s national business development efforts. Deron began his PCL career in 1996 and quickly excelled to become one of the company’s youngest vice president and district managers, directing southeast building operations. In 2012 Deron was appointed to regional vice president and promoted to president shortly after. He was selected as a member of PCL’s board of directors in 2014. In 2018, Deron was recognized by Engineering News-Record as a Top 25 Newsmaker for his dedication to advancing technology and innovation in the AEC industry.
