Nadia Edwards-Dashti is a fintech recruiting executive and Co-Founder at the Harrington Starr Group. She focuses on finding technologists and salespeople jobs and helping them build great careers in financial technology. Nadia is London-based and has worked in the financial services recruitment space for twenty years. She runs the career-focused podcast Fintech’s DEI Discussions, which boasts over 450 episodes. She is the author of “FinTech Women Walk The Talk: Moving the Needle for Gender Equality in Financial Services and Beyond,” published by Palgrave Macmillan. She won the Positive Troublemaker Award from the European Women Payments Network and Recruitment Leader of the Year at the Recruiter Awards. In 2025, Nadia was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University for her commitment to inclusion and gender equality in the fintech and financial services sectors.
