I co-founded MotherNature.com, a successful e-commerce start-up that sold natural products, where I learned how to run every aspect of a business and applied my growth mindset. I then transitioned to Nutrisystem, where I led the people strategy as a key business partner to three CEOs, through rapid growth, economic challenges, and business transformation. I am also the President of Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy (PSPS), a network of over 325 business professionals in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
