Multifaceted leader who's worked in both the developer and publisher sides of the business; having been directly involved in designing or producing over 50 Console, PC, Mobile, and VR games. My unique skill-set combines the design and production skills of a developer, with the business and strategic acumen of a publisher; all supported by a servant leader mentality. I've managed individual game teams, operated multi-game studios, and run worldwide interactive business units at companies like Activision, DreamWorks Animation, Survios, and Skydance Interactive. Specific skills and responsibilities include creating concepts, building prototypes, establishing roadmaps, managing production, owning P&L’s, and being a strategic thinking vision holder who brings the best out of the teams I work with. SKILLS Action-Oriented Team Leader: 10+ years of development experience building, turning around, and leading cross-disciplinary internal game teams of 5 - 150 people. Also, experience managing co-developments involving multiple teams and companies where team sizes scaled into the hundreds. Financial Acumen: 15+ years of full P&L ownership within public and private companies; including setting and managing project-specific budgets from concept through live operations, and creating financial models for strategic planning and publishing. Producer & Vision Holder: 10+ years Executive Producer and Creative Executive experience on triple-A and double-A games; including owning responsibility for vision and roadmap, implementing and managing greenlight processes, and setting and enforcing milestones schedules. Variety of Experiences: Experience developing games in nearly every genre and platform, utilizing a variety of business models; including f2p, paid, ad revenue, and combinations of all three. Cross-Disciplinary: Built and operated Publishing, Marketing, Biz Dev, and Licensing departments for major game and media companies.
