With nearly 25 years of experience in the corporate sector, including over 15 years as a coach, I have a diverse background. I hold master's degrees in Business, Human Resource Management, and Psychology. Throughout my career, I have held various strategic roles such as executive, COO, and VP in the corporate world. Additionally, I serve on the advisory board of a New York City-based university and work as a mentor, coach, coach supervisor, and change ambassador. Over the course of my business journey, I have encountered numerous stressful situations, both for individuals and organizations. These moments often mark significant turning points, requiring careful navigation. While it is challenging to tackle the fast-paced opportunities and uncertainties of our world alone, my coaching expertise helps bridge the gap between initial attempts and eventual success by working with the mind. Simply knowing that there is an attainable solution can make a tremendous difference. Having spent two decades in the business realm, I possess a profound understanding of coaching individuals, groups, and teams. This experience has also taught me how to maintain my own sanity during highly demanding periods. Consequently, I extend my coaching services to people of all ages in their personal lives. Whether someone is a struggling parent, a stressed child, or an aspiring professional, we all require assistance. Merely persevering is sometimes insufficient. I specialize in supporting clients through changes, transitions, and the recovery from various types of traumas. My extensive coaching experience, coupled with my corporate skills, uniquely qualify me as a coach, mentor, and supervisor. I hold the Master Coach designation from ICF, Supervisor accreditation from EMCC, and various certificates in change management and career growth. These qualifications strengthen my practical expertise gained from working with over 3000 leaders and individuals. I offer support to clients who: - Aspire to become successful and effective leaders. - Seek the courage to be respected leaders in remote and multicultural environments. - Desire to promote diversity and inclusion, overcoming personal and team biases. - Struggle with the challenges of a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) reality. - Manage teams during turbulent or constantly changing times, including post-layoffs. - Recently obtained a new leadership role. - Aim to progress to an executive position. - Require assistance in revising their executive strategy. - Need guidance during pre and post-M&A integrations.
