Kathleen Pai is responsible for driving the global people strategy for N‑able, along with overseeing people operations, business partners, total rewards, talent acquisition, talent development, internal communications and engagement programs to support the company’s continued growth. Previously, Kathleen was Chief People Officer at SolarWinds, and before that she served as Vice President of People at Ultimate Software. In 2022, she won a Stevie Award for HR Executive of the Year and was recognized as CHRO of the Year: Sustainable Workforce by HRO for her unparalleled leadership in creating an exceptional company culture and employee experience. Kathleen also won a Stevie Award for CHRO of the Year in 2021 and the HR Excellence Award in 2018 from South Florida Business & Wealth Magazine for building and nurturing the talent within her past organizations and elevating those companies to the top of their industries. Kathleen serves on the Board of Directors at LiveVox, a contact center software platform provider, where she serves as Chair of the Compensation Committee. She holds a M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
