Recognized as a Top AI Leader 2026 and Top Retail Expert 2025 by RETHINK Retail, he is at the forefront of disrupting the retail landscape with pioneering CX defining use cases in Autonomous Marketing, Shoppable Channels and Agentic AI, enhancing shopper experiences and marketer workflows. Previously, Pratik was the SVP of Product at Bluecore where he led the evolution of the next generation multi-channel personalization platform to a unicorn valuation, 10x-ing the revenue and 5x-ing the product organization. Prior to that, he was the VP of Product at Zeta Global, where he led the product initiative to define and build Zeta's marketing cloud, incorporating several ESPs and marketing databases to form Zeta's flagship product line. Prior to Zeta Global, Pratik held several software management roles at National Instruments. Pratik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
