Dr. Pia Lauritzen is a Danish philosopher and technology inventor who asks the big questions about tech and transformation. She has written five books, including Questions from 2024, and invented the digital Qvest and Question Jam platforms. She has collected and analyzed more than 30,000 questions asked by leaders and employees from all over the world, and in 2023, she was shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Radar Award for providing “powerful proof that questions, rather than generic answers, will shape our futures.” Combining studies of how different language cultures have different ways of understanding and using questions with 20 years of experience as an executive advisor, Lauritzen wants to make it easier for leaders to deal with the questions that have no quick auto-generated answers.
