Thomas has coached and trained hundreds of Public and Private sector managers from various sectors in Workplace Coaching. He held various leadership positions across government agencies in the past 30 years. Prior to joining the Public Sector, Thomas was Director of Consulting (Market & Business Strategy Practice) in Asia for Gartner, Inc. He also held managerial responsibilities in SingTel and Accenture. He has working experience with AI, Web3, Metaverse and NFTs and has developed a number of award-winning games.
