I’m Kristina Fitzpatrick — a founder and creative entrepreneur, and a proud immigrant who’s been building businesses since I was 19. With a background in fashion, advertising, and now large-scale paper art, I’ve always been driven by the intersection of beauty, story, and strategy. I lead Paper & Flowers, a studio known for handcrafted floral installations for luxury brands and retailers. Our work has been featured by Met Gala, Dior, Valentino, Netflix, and iconic shopping destinations across North America. My mission is to create experiences that resonate — emotionally, visually, and strategically — while building a business rooted in sustainability, integrity, and bold creativity. I’m also a mom and a hands-on leader committed to inspiring what’s possible through meaningful design and purposeful execution.
