Originally from Ayrshire on Scotland’s west coast, Paul began his entrepreneurial career in 1998 by launching Telecom 3, a mobile and telecoms brokerage that rapidly became a market leader before being acquired by Chinese investors in 2010. Following this, he founded Another Life UK, an FCA-regulated financial services firm dedicated to helping individuals and businesses secure long-term financial clarity. In 2005, Paul expanded his international reach with a strategic investment in Helios Outsourcing Pvt India, a business process outsourcing company that completed a successful management buyout in 2011. Today, Paul leads Speyside Capital, Scotland’s leading whisky asset management firm. At its core, the company provides Scotch whisky asset management services to clients in all four corners of the globe, including access to rare cask ownership opportunities and exclusive bespoke bottling programs. The firm works specifically with wealth managers, family offices and high net-worth individuals globally, offering a refined and structured approach to participating in the Scotch whisky market.
