My experience as a mayor and deputy mayor of Teaneck, New Jersey, has provided valuable insights into effective governance, community engagement, and fostering a thriving environment for businesses and residents alike. In addition to my professional endeavors, I manage and own real estate properties and food establishments. With successful investments in several different food venues and prior ownership of fifteen diverse food businesses over the last 20 years, including bakeries, restaurants, and take-out establishments, I have sharpened my business acumen and gained valuable insights into strategic investments, revenue generation, customer service, and influential people management.
