Wayne Winegarden covers the economic implications of regulatory policies. He is a Senior Fellow in Business and Economics at the Pacific Research Institute and Director of the Center for Medical Economics and Innovation. His policy research evaluates the economic implications of regulatory policy changes, fiscal policy changes, and macroeconomic trends. Dr. Winegarden also provides consulting services to private businesses. He received a Ph.D. in economics from George Mason University.
