The AI & Immersive Operations practice is one of the largest business lines within Wipro’s Business Process Services (BPS), comprising over 35000 associates spread across global locations. This practice is at the confluence of AI, immersive technologies, and human ingenuity, delivering the next generation of intelligent operations. As technology evolves and becomes more integral to everyday life, Anees ensures that organizations manage their operations with precision, agility, and care. His dedicated teams deliver services across Trust & Safety, Digital Customer Experience, Geospatial Information Services, Analytics & Insights and Intelligent Fulfilment Services, helping clients create seamless experiences for users. With over 25 years in IT and IT-enabled services, Anees has an extensive background in sales and services for global markets, as well as strategic planning and operations leadership. He advises client leaders on AI-enabled process transformations and is a passionate advocate for ethical and responsible AI frameworks and policy regulations in the emerging AI landscape. Anees played a pivotal role in building Wipro’s 'New Age Technology' business and practices from the ground up, overseeing employees across multiple delivery locations. As an avid speaker and mentor, he frequently addresses leadership programs and volunteers to guide young talent in the business world.
