KJ Kusch is Global Field CTO at WalkMe, leading teams across Digital Transformation Officers, Operational Center of Excellence Leaders, and Innovation Engineering and Support. A translator between business leaders and end users, KJ guides enterprise customers through their entire digital adoption journey from strategy to execution. Prior to WalkMe, she held leadership roles at ServiceNow, Ally, and General Motors. With 30 years of cross-functional experience and roots as a war-time Navy nurse, KJ leads with calm, clarity, and conviction.
