During my career at McMillanDoolittle I’ve specialized in strategic planning and the development of new retail concepts, developing strategies and concepts for a diverse variety of clients across the retail industry. Key clients include both large and small retailers in all channels of retailing with a focus on food. I’m proud to have longstanding engagements with some of the leading retailers and suppliers around the world. I am editor of McMillanDoolittle’s retail blog, and have co-authored two books, Winning at Retail and Greentailing and Other Revolutions in Retail. I have given dozens of presentations at conferences, internal company meetings and key industry trade groups on food and retail trends domestically and abroad. I currently serve as Chairman of Ebeltoft Group, an independent consortium of the world’s leading retail consultancies. I was named to Crain’s Chicago Business 40 under 40 list of prominent Chicago business leaders and was also named as one of the 40 Rising Stars in Retailing by Chain Store Age. I am an honors graduate of Columbia University and have attended Northwestern’s Kellogg MBA program.
