Jody Michael is CEO and founder of Jody Michael Associates, a Chicago- and Atlanta-based company that specializes in executive coaching, leadership development training and career coaching. She is a Master Certified Coach, Board Certified Coach, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and University of Chicago-trained psychotherapist with over 15 years of corporate experience in the finance industry and more than 20 years of experience coaching individuals, teams and organizations. Ms. Michael has consulted and coached in a wide range of companies, from Fortune 10 to small businesses, and has worked with individuals in leading organizations including Abbott, Accenture, Blue Cross Blue Shield, BP, General Mills, Groupon, Leo Burnett, Northwestern University, Mayer Brown and Mesirow Financial.
