I am a recovering lawyer, public speaker and an author who specializes in covering how the mind can be trained for optimal performance in the workplace. I’m intensely curious about what makes people and teams resilient. I enjoy studying and writing about how a person can maintain her physical, emotional, and psychological well-being through practical, daily practices. I am the author of The Anxious Lawyer, An 8-Week Guide to a Joyful and Satisfying Law Practice Through Mindfulness and Meditation (Ankerwycke, 2016). I have been trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction at El Camino Hospital, Compassion Cultivation Training at Stanford University, in addition to various workshops at Esalen Institute, and Insight Retreat Center. I frequently lead workshops on mindfulness, meditation, work-life integration, mental wellbeing and resiliency. Read more about me, at jeenacho.com.
