Having a computer science degree from one of the best tech colleges in the USSR I started as a software developer and soon grown to a Chief Technology, Chief Digital and Transformation officer position in the world leading banks. I built one of the largest tech teams with over 25,000 engineers and one of the largest global digital eco-systems with over 90 million consumers and 4,5 million companies primarily in the digital space (over 35 million daily active users) and 20+ digital verticals including digital banking, digital health, digital education, etc. I founded a Venture Firm Fort Ross Ventures in 2015 and R136 Ventures in 2023. Our team of 4 partners and 15 professionals are managing over $400m and investing in mid and growth stage startups in Fintech and B2B space in the US and Israel.
