Dr. Mohamed Lazzouni, Chief Technology Officer at Aware. Mohamed Lazzouni is a results-oriented executive with over 20 years of experience managing technology companies across different industries. Dr. Lazzouni joined Aware in November 2019. He was President and CEO at Epochal Technologies. At Authentix Inc, he served as COO, President and General Manager of the Anti-Counterfeiting division for over 5 years. Prior to that at MorphoTrust-USA, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for over 12 years. Dr. Lazzouni is proficient in all aspects of business operations, strategic planning, software services, application development, security, and product strategy for businesses, yet he also provides excellent interface with customers, investors and communicate across all levels of the Company. Dr. Lazzouni began his rise in the technology and securities world by obtaining a MS in Physics while studying at The University of London and was awarded a Distinction for completing the MS course work and thesis with exceptional grades. Dr. Lazzouni then attended Oxford University in England where he earned his PhD in Physics.
