An executive level leader with global leadership experience that includes growing and transforming a €2B+ services organization with 10000+ people, managing P&L responsibilities, growing global client relationships and teams, establishing strategic capabilities for global delivery models, management consulting experience with a global consulting firm and financial engineering experience with a large financial institution. Currently, I am the Managing Director for Publicis Sapient India which is the India footprint for Publicis.Sapient, and work with the leaders to unlock value for our clients by helping them reimagine their business. I have been instrumental not only growing the existing capability set but also helping drive the transformation of the working model for the Groupe through leverage of the teams in a global model for creating client impact. A large focus in making this happen is through the internal transformation of our industry expertise, engineering capabilities, ways of working as well as culture to help our clients break new ground. Roles I have previously played include leading delivery for international regions and global clients, managing P&L responsibilities, leading global change management which synthesize to create a well rounded perspective on clients and operations. I am always curious to learn more about leadership, talent development and culture. I am an avid sports follower as well as play a couple of sports, a die hard foodie and dabble in poetry.
