Being in love with numbers\digits his whole life, it was quite easy for Trushant to fit in the world of digital transformation. Intrigued with computers back in 1996, Trushant changed his career from Chemistry to Computer Science and enrolled into Masters Program in India. Competing with a large number of applicants for a very small number of seats was challenging but again “love for numbers” helped him ace the Assessment Eligibility and found himself surrounded by box of large calculators so called Computers in 1997. Thanks not only to a couple of gold medals in Statistics and Algorithmic Computation but also to Y2K problem, he landed his first job in USA in 2000. Couple of years of hardship (mostly with brain), he decided to move back to India in early 2003 only to found himself getting an international exposure by moving to Genève, Switzerland working with United Nations for almost a year. In early 2005, New York was calling again. As an obedient husband, he packed his one bag, and his newlywed bride’s 5; they started a real American Dream journey that includes establishment of a company that he dreamed off for long time. Fast forwarding to 2009, with a friend & mentor, he started a staffing augmentation company while continuing a fulltime job for next few years. During the consulting tenure, he made sure not to limit himself to one domain and so he has worked with profitable organizations like NVR, non-profits like U. S. Green Building Council, Education Institute like Northern Virginia Community College, State Govt like Washington DC and Federal Govt like Health & Human Services where he mostly acted as an Architect of the Systems. Before he takes this vast technology experience to the broader market, his hunger for reaching people understanding their problem and identifying a general solution was growing so faster that he entreprenerd couple of businesses like a grocery store and a travel agency just to understand the customer service and finance perspective. One fine year, on respected Mahatma Gandhi’s birthdate; with his wife, he co-founded OpenEyes Technologies with only one vision – “Empowerment of Unreachable” through its Custom Software Development & Project Management Consultancy. Since then, OpenEyes is helping their customers reaching the power from unreachable with the help of technologies. Captivated yet? During initial stage, OpenEyes helped Trushant a lot in understanding the meaning and value of volunteering and philanthropy. With help of industry leaders and other like-minded experts, he started giving back his time & knowledge to the community by associating with local non-profits started with a volunteer board position with his homeowner association. While continue his passion with research on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, at present, he serves as a member of  Forbes Technology Council  International Data Privacy Committee with Association for Test Publishers  Industry Leaders Executive Committee with Parul University in India  TEDxTysons – Technology Partner  TEDxFoggyBottom – Technology Partner In the most recent news - In Dec 2022, the office of the President of United States have recognized his contribution to the community by awarding him a "Lifetime Achievement Award".
