Debra has been a CEO and Early Learning Educator for more than three decades and holds a B.A. in Psychology with a Master of Education. After being an onsite operator for more than 20 years, Debra developed the CARE4Method(tm) for systemizing program operations and building team management. Having remained CEO of SWLearns remotely for 15 years, she now operates Childcare Management Solutions and ProviderSupport.org.
