She currently serves as the CEO of PureCipher, a purpose-led company dedicated to protecting the integrity and security of artificial intelligence systems. At PureCipher, Wendy leads the development of groundbreaking technologies including proprietary AI models, the OmniSeal™ data integrity solution, and quantum-safe communication protocols—all designed to counter threats like AI data poisoning and model compromise. Wendy has held numerous senior leadership positions across sectors and geographies. As the Managing Partner at Creative Technology Group, she advised CXOs in small and medium-sized enterprises, specializing in cybersecurity and healthcare technologies. Her experience also includes serving as COO of Hospitals Without Borders, where she led the design of a 3D telemedicine platform, and as a Executive Director at Pfizer, where she spearheaded early programs in big data, unified communications, and virtual data centers. Earlier in her career, Wendy founded TechnologyConnect.com, creating a marketplace for IP exchange and securing two Nobel Laureates as advisors. She also held leadership roles at Siemens AG/Pyramid Technology in Asia and worked on advanced programs at AT&T Bell Labs. Wendy holds an MBA from The Wharton School, and both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
