Don is the Executive Chair of Una Software, the Performance Planning solution with dynamic FP&A, connected revenue intelligence and embedded BI, and the first built for the AI era. He has more than 30 years of experience providing software solutions for the office of finance, including co-founding breakout SaaS companies Vena Solutions and Fluence Technologies. Don was also Vena's CEO, growing the company to unicorn status with over 700 customers worldwide. As Executive Chair at Fluence, he oversaw the company's rapid growth to market leadership and successful acquisition by Anaplan. A recorded musician, proud dad and avid golfer, Don also co-founded Wildfire, an award-winning golf course he helped take from the back of a napkin to accolades in Golf Digest in three years.
