Jill D. Griffin is a Leadership Strategist and Executive Coach with more than two decades of experience helping individuals and organizations navigate transformation, growth, and reinvention. A former media executive, Jill has generated multimillion-dollar revenue streams, managed billion-dollar media budgets, and helped launch over 50 brands at global powerhouses including Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Hilton, Samsung, and Martha Stewart. She has led business units across 25+ cities and guided a digital health startup through a successful acquisition. Today, through The Griffin Method™, Jill partners with senior leaders and high-performance professionals to pivot and grow with clarity, confidence and intention. She’s partnered with hundreds of individuals and teams, from boardrooms to small business owners, to navigate reinvention, lead through complexity, and build a career that fits. Her clients develop executive presence, navigate complex organizational dynamics, tell compelling career stories, and amplify their impact in high-stakes moments. Jill is also the host of The Career Refresh podcast, where she explores the evolving nature of work, leadership, and career reinvention.
