As Chief Product Officer at Kantata, I lead the product strategy across our entire Professional Services Cloud, ensuring a unified, customer-centric approach to innovation that addresses the unique challenges professional services organizations face. With experience as a consultant, project manager, global practice manager, and business leader, I’ve developed a deep, hands-on understanding of what it takes to build and run a successful services business. Over the past 27 years, I’ve worked across the US and Europe, helping customers achieve services success and deliver meaningful business value. Prior to Kantata, I led a global team at Hitachi Consulting in Europe and was part of the leadership teams that grew IT consulting firms Fulcrum Solutions and Edenbrook. By the time Edenbrook was acquired by Hitachi in 2009, we had scaled the business to more than 400 people across the UK and India.
