Ryan McFarland is the Founder and CEO of Strider Bikes based out of Rapid City, SD. These balance bikes are now globally known for changing the paradigm for the learn-to-ride process. As an avid mountain biker and motorcyclist, Ryan knows how important it is to get kids on two wheels at an early age and the benefits riding can have on children's confidence, coordination, and mobility. Ryan believes that every child should have the opportunity to ride, so in 2017 he founded a nonprofit to continue the effort to get more kids on bikes and help communities on a national scale. The All Kids Bike program is a nationwide movement of the Strider Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that rallies parents, educators, community leaders, health officials, and generous donors to place Kindergarten PE Programs into public schools for free.
