After leaving her corporate accounting job with the Kroger Company in 2000, Lesa launched not one, but two successful companies focused on advertising services, website development and digital marketing. Both firms are located in Louisville, and she serves them as CEO and CFO, overseeing all facets of the company’s operations, with a focus on strategy, consulting, and finance. Mightily, founded in 2013, developed quickly into one of the region’s preeminent brand advertising agencies. With a staff of 30, Mightily provides full-service support to global brands including Seagate and American Printing House for the Blind, along with regional and local brands like Hosparus, Metro United Way, Frost Brown Todd, and more. Xstreme Media, founded in 2000, operates based on a nimble, remote-service platform and focuses on small to medium-sized companies, offering clients template-driven web design along with internet marketing support. Giving back to the community is super-important to Lesa, so she is extremely active on multiple boards and committees. Lesa has served on the Louisville Regional Airport Authority Board since 2013 and was elected Chair of the Finances, Facilities, and Operations Committee in July 2020. She was also appointed in 2020 by Governor Beshear as the Vice Chair of the Kentucky Commission on Small Business Advocacy. Lesa is a member of the River Heritage Conservancy board, NBA2LOU Board, along with being a new member of the Greater Louisville Inc board. She just ended a five-year term as Marketing Chair on the Venture Connectors Board, served as the 2019/20 Annual Campaign Chair for Metro United Way, and Louisville Regional Airlift Development, Inc. Board. On the national stage, Lesa was appointed in March of 2020 to the National Association of Women Business Owners national board and serves as Chair of the North American Commissioners Committee for Airports Council International - North America. She was also just honored by Business First Magazine as a 2020 Enterprising Woman and was named Inc.credible Small Business Leader of the Year by Greater Louisville Inc. In addition, she was honored by Enterprising Women Magazine as a 2018 Enterprising Woman of the Year, which is a global entrepreneurship award. Lesa was also named a finalist for the 2019 Business First Entrepreneur of the Year and the 2019 GLI Inc.credible Business Owner of the Year and was also named the 2017 Louisville Top Marketing Influencer and Top 100 Influential Leader. Lesa lives in Owl Creek with her husband Gregg. They have two adult children, Ian Seibert and Brittany Seibert Swan. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, playing golf, and traveling, as well as doting on her granddaughter Ella.
