Working closely with leading brands, retailers, and companies worldwide, I establish C-level business partnerships to create unique, mutually beneficial relationships. Currently, as the Executive VP of Global Partnerships at RTB House (www.rtbhouse.com) and Adlook (www.adlook.com), I work closely with the Management Board and play a critical role in developing and implementing global partnership strategy, as well as building an effective sales force and structure in key markets. I personally believe that honesty and trust are crucial for maintaining strong relationships—both personal and professional—through the challenges life and business bring. As an avid skydiver and former racing driver, I see strong parallels between my passions and my work: taking calculated risks, working hard, staying focused, remaining dedicated and confident, and building trust. Ultimately, life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage.
