Elisa has over 20 years of experience as a business leader with a focus on transformational change, human capital strategy, and sales and marketing — many of those years based in Asia (Beijing, Sydney, and Singapore). Elisa is currently the Global Vice President of Research, Innovation & New Content Creation. In her role she oversees CCLs Leadership Research & Innovation Teams, fostering a culture of mission-focused innovation, experimentation, and dissemination of research. In her previous role as APAC Managing Director, Elisa led efforts to expand CCLs impact in the Asia Pacific region, contributed to CCLs Asia-focused research agenda, and supported the setup of the Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. Prior to joining CCL Elisa spent over 10 years at Accenture, working as a talent and organization consultant for Accenture’s New York, London and Beijing office. In Accenture Elisa led teams on large scale transformation projects and from 2008 to 2010 developed the Human Capital Strategy for nine countries in the Asia Pacific region. Elisa also served as a Senior Fellow for the Robert H. Smith School of Business in Asia Pacific and was an Executive Coach for the World Economic Forum’s Global Leadership Fellows Program in Asia. She has worked with numerous senior leaders across the world, specializing in top team development and leading across boundaries. Elisa, who split time growing up between Miami, Florida and Athens, Greece, has lived in multiple countries in 4 continents, and is passionate about leading with an inclusive and global mindset. Educational Background Elisa holds an M.A. in Organization Development and an M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University. She earned a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Miami, with minors in Biology and English Literature. Professional Affiliations Elisa is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. From 2014 to 2019 Elisa served as a Vice Chair for the American Chamber of Commerce in China HR Forum in Beijing. She is also a member of the University of Miami President's Council, 185 select alumni leaders representing the 180k+ UM alumni globally. Elisa is certified in a number of leadership assessment tools. She has also authored numerous pieces of research, articles and book chapters on topics related to global leadership and is frequently quoted in related media (BBC, CNBC and Channel News Asia).
