Ray is an experienced technology and AI executive leading rGen, a management consulting firm specializing in AI business transformation. Prior to founding rGen, Ray was a strategy leader at Microsoft, working with business and technical personnel to define and implement world-leading business application strategies. Prior to Microsoft, Ray led consulting engagements with large technology, healthcare and manufacturing companies. He was a member of the global M&A team at Deloitte Consulting where he led multi-billion dollar mergers and business integrations. Ray also worked at IBM developing systems and processes for IBM and IBM customers.
