Accountability Now™ currently partners with clients in five countries and specializes in industries such as digital marketing, hospitality, e-commerce, home services, and personal services. Having been featured on Forbes, multiple podcasts, and more, Don’s sales and entrepreneurship expertise continues to be in high demand. Prior to Accountability Now™, Don was the Chief Revenue Officer for MoneySolver™ the leading digital marketing-focused tax relief firm in the U.S. Don joined them in 2016 and helped them nearly triple revenue in as many years as they focused heavily on improved sales processes, enhanced marketing relationships, and streamlined service delivery. Prior to MoneySolver™, Don spent time as a Global Customer Care Executive for Amazon in Jamaica. He has also managed $100M Care Centers for State Farm Insurance, All State, and Geico. Don spent time in the startup world as Chief Operating Officer for Launch Leads, a BPO start up in Salt Lake City, Utah where he helped them achieve record performance in both client and revenue growth and was named to Utah Business Magazine’s Top 40 under 40 for leading businesses executives in the entire state. Prior to Launch Leads, Don spent the previous 12 years with Focus Services, a BPO, helping them grow from $7M to over $45M in under five years. He’s an avid reader and lives in St. Augustine with his amazing wife and three wonderful children.
