As the executive vice president and chief innovation and technology officer at Schneider, a premier multimodal provider of transportation, logistics and intermodal services, I direct the company’s technology, decision engineering and advanced analytics initiatives as a member of the executive team. I lead Packerland ventures, a corporate venture that is creating the next-generation freight marketplace enabled by automation, aggregation and intelligence. Our investment and focus areas include transportation management systems, autonomous platforms, IoT-based trailer and tractor telematics and cognitive-decision science platforms that advance decarbonization across supply chains. I serve as an advisor to 8VC, a leading venture capital fund in Silicon Valley, providing guidance to the fund’s logistics portfolio. Locally, I am a chief advisor to TitletownTech, a venture fund founded by the Green Bay Packers and Microsoft Corporation. Prior to joining Schneider, I spent over a decade as an industry consultant with DiamondCluster International and Deloitte, specializing in the venturing, formulation and execution of business and technology strategy. I hold a bachelor’s degree in economics and math from the University of Pune and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Detroit Mercy.
