Wesley Alexander Hill (何伟龙) is the Assistant Director of the Energy, Growth, and Security Program at the International Tax and Investment Center. Wesley is an expert on grand strategy, geoeconomics, and international relations with a regional specialization in China, Eurasia, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Wesley has unique expertise concerning Chinese influence in Central Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa, Chinese macroeconomic policy, and Sino-American energy competition. Prior to his current position, Wesley was a professor at Tulane University and a CLFP fellow at the National Bureau of Asian Research. Wesley has been featured in Al Jazeera, The Hill, Newsweek, Voice of America, The National Interest, and many other outlets. Wesley began his career as a foreign policy analyst for Congresswoman Dina Titus.
