Fabio Moioli is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Media, Telecommunications & Services. In his role, he advises clients on the leadership implications of new technologies, helping organizations to find new leaders who can drive business and technology transformations. With a degree in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an M.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Fabio is passionate about artificial intelligence and even more a scholar of human talents and intelligences. Over the course of his career, he combined several leadership roles in leading technology companies, mainly working on AI projects, with a passion for cognitive sciences, particularly on how leaders should evolve their competences as well as the talent pool of the organizations they lead. Earlier in his career, he has been responsible for the projects executed by Microsoft and its partners for 14 countries in Europe, having previously been head of Consulting & Services at Microsoft, where with his team he won the EMEA Award for Digital Transformation for several years.
